What is Oxygen Boot Camp?
Oxygen Boot Camp is a
FUN 4 week group fitness program of exercises and nutritional consulting, run by
certified personal trainers.
Will I be able to participate if I
am not in peak shape?
Yes, Oxygen Boot Camp is geared towards
all fitness levels. Your safety is our priority, so we will NEVER ask you
to perform more than you are capable of doing. You WILL be asked to push
yourself to 100% effort. Each class will build upon the previous class, so
your body will adjust to the increased workload. Our goal is for
participants to have fun and get into great shape, an Oxygen and Iron Works
guarantee when you attend all of your scheduled classes and put in 100%
effort.
What is a typical class like at
camp?
Camp activities change every session, so expect some
moderate running, resistance training, core training, agility and plyometric
drills as well as stretching each week.
Will I be
sore?
Most people feel some muscle soreness initially.
This is part of the process that allows the body to adapt and
improve.
What can I expect to achieve from the
camp?
If you come to each scheduled class and put in 100%
effort, you will lose fat, gain and tone muscle, increase your energy level, and
dramatically improve your fitness level. Our goal is to lead you toward a
healthier lifestyle.
What do I bring to Boot
Camp?
A positive attitude is required! But you also need
to bring along an exercise mat or towel, and a water
bottle.
Where do we meet?
Our camps are held at
Huguenot Park, located off of Robious Road.
What times will
we meet?
Morning Boot Camps will be held at 10:00 a.m. Mondays,
Wednesdays, and Fridays or 6:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The
classes last approximately one hour. Evening classes are
pending.

How do I sign up?
Go to our registrations
page to secure your spot. After registering online, you will receive a
welcome letter, brief self-assessment form, location and time, and a small
overview of our boot camp class. NOTE: we recommend that you register
online at least one week prior to the start date to secure your spot for the
upcoming camp. Our camps fill up fast!
Is there a refund
policy?
If you are unable to attend due to circumstances out of
your control, we can offer you a refund only if you notify us PRIOR to your
session start date. However, we will charge you a $25 cancellation
fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only
give you credit towards another boot camp. This credit is
NONTRANSFERABLE. There is NO cash refund. This is not
negotiable.
How does Oxygen and Iron Works guarantee
work?
Attend all of your scheduled camp days within your
registered 4 week session. If you are not happy with Oxygen Boot Camp, we
will refund your money. We'll simply refund your registration fee by mail
within 21 days of your written request. If your intention at the outset is
to ask for a refund, please do yourself and the other campers a favor and DON'T
SIGN UP! We want campers who are motivated to push themselves
to achieve great results!
